Tips: Edit

  • Can attack 2 units in a row since Paladin has an attack-range of 2 tiles. Guard, Halberdier and Dragoon do the same.
  • Both enemies in range will receive damage from his attacks, but only the targeted enemy will counter-attack.
  • Strong against Mirror.
  • High Defense, high magic resistance, decent damage, a 2 tile range and a little healing to boost stats. Not to mention his auras provide both offense and defense. He's your everyday front-line Priest.
  • At Elite rank, all of the Paladins attack buffs are unlocked. Keep a Paladin or two at this rank for missions where they are only needed for buffing. If they die, the revive time will be much lower.
  • Both the auras and the ward stack additively with other instances of the buffs.

Tactics: Edit

The Paladin is both a great support and melee unit. A good stategy would be to make use of his of boosting skills like 'Avenger Aura' and 'Crusader Ward' to boost the attack of a high ranged heroes(Archer/Sniper) to help them take out ranged enemies.
